Workings, Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) public non-profit.

We believe that finding employment for others shouldn't be for profit. Workings, Inc isn't a headhunter. Beyond that securing employee and worker rights is not for profit driven lawyers. It's all of our jobs because we all benefit from justice.

Our Non-Profit Needs Your Help

Non-profits like ours can't exist, though, without your generosity. We depend on volunteer's donated time and energy and donors donated funds and other goods. We can't do this without your help. Please consider helping our non-profit and/or others you believe in.

Donate a Job, Time or Resources to Workings, Inc?

One of our 2020 focus initiatives are alternative incomes. In this gig economy we all can't rely on a job or steady work to take care of all of our income needs. Just like how normal retail is going away because of Amazon, traditional jobs are going away because of the internet and other new technologies. Alternative incomes can provide to our work recipients what stead work and traditional jobs can't.

Most, but not all, alternative incomes can be found online. Some deal with the mail or even phone calls, such as a remote call center. Most are online as mentioned. Our 2020 focus is to identify these new income sources and methods and see how we can integrate it into the normal Workings, Inc processes.
